And honestly? Most of it doesn’t feel doable in real life.

I’ve been there too.

Because of my background in food sciences and nutrition, I started with food. Then I leaned into wellness habits that felt grounding and I learned to trust my body again.

Now, I help other women do the same through practical tools, encouraging support and the reminder that you don’t have to figure this all out on your own.

I’m Jillian Leslie, and Rising Raven was created from a place of deep personal healing, growth and resilience.

After going through my own life changes including coping with grief, managing hormones and rediscovering my identity, I found myself craving simplicity.

Less noise. More nourishment - but the kind that actually fits into real life.

I see them as a reflection of the transformation so many women experience as they move through different seasons of life.

Rising Raven was born from deep meaning and personal loss. It honors my brother’s memory and strong spirit. It represents the strength, growth and wisdom we gain as we navigate life’s hardest transitions.

Whether through the nourishment of homemade food, the clarity that comes with understanding your body or the steady support of simple wellness practices, this space exists to help women rise.

So I said yes, and here we are.
